The relubrication of the bearing is best implemented during the planned equipment shutdown period and regularly replenished. At the same time, the old grease is removed or the old grease is squeezed out through the oil drain. The grease nozzle should be wiped clean before adding fresh grease. If the bearing box does not have a grease nozzle, the bearing box cover or end cover should be opened to take out the old grease. After cleaning, add fresh grease of the same model.


Rotation recording activity refers to the bearing and the finished bearing after assembly, there should be no bad phenomena such as jamming, jamming, emergency stop and so on. The general requirements of the rolling series in plastic bearings include external dimensions, tolerance grades and commonality, code, maximum chamfer size, radial clearance, bearing ring and rolling element materials, part hardness, vibration value, interchangeability, Measurement methods, rated load and rated life, marking, inspection rules, packaging, residual magnetism, surface quality, cleanliness, rotation flexibility, etc. The surface quality includes signs, beauty, roughness, etc., and no bumps, cracks, crushing, black skin, burrs, rust, etc. are allowed.

Bearing chattering noise is the noise directly related to the waviness of the rolling surface of the bearing. This is a pure tone noise. For a constant speed, its frequency does not change, but for a changing speed, its frequency also changes.


Plastic bearings need to check the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil regularly. Generally, the normal oil level should be within the range of 1/3-2/3 of the equipment oil level window or mark. The oil replenishment method is an oil cup, and the displayed oil level only represents the oil replenishment capacity, and the oil level of the bearing box meets the operating requirements. The oil level in the oil cup is less than 1/4 of its total volume, and oil replenishment can be considered.


The correct installation and maintenance of INA bearings are important factors for the normal operation of the bearings. At the same time, care must be taken to maintain the cleanliness of the bearings. Bearings must be protected from contaminants and moisture, and must be properly installed and lubricated. In addition, the design of the bearing arrangement, the condition of the oil seal, the form of lubricant and the replacement period, and special maintenance also play an important role and must be paid attention to.


When selecting a new bearing, check the roundness and taper error of the bearing seat hole to make it meet the standard requirements. When inspecting, tighten the bearing cap and the seat according to the specified torque, and check with a cylinder gauge or inner diameter micrometer. The roundness and taper error should not exceed 0.02mm, otherwise the normal clearance between the plastic bearing and the journal will be destroyed, and the bearing and the shaft will be accelerated. Wear of neck. After the new bearing is placed in the seat hole, each end of the upper and lower bearing pieces should be 0.03-0.04mm higher than the bearing seat surface. After the bearing is compressed in this way, the bearing is elastically deformed and tightly fits in the seat without loosening, and has good thermal conductivity. The fixing teeth of the bearing bottom plate should be intact, otherwise the INA bearing will be displaced during work, the lubricating oil channel will be blocked, the oil supply will be interrupted, and the parts will be burned. The back of the bearing should be smooth and flat, and it is not allowed to process it with a file or padded with paper, so as not to affect the heat dissipation. However, in the maintenance work, there are often some unavoidable situations, such as the large clearance between the bearing and the journal or the use of old bearings. A thin layer of copper is allowed on the back of the bearing, but it must be leveled and the oil outlet hole must be leveled.


In addition to paying special attention to pollutants in the working environment or water, which are most likely to cause imported bearings to rust, rust is the cause of bad INA bearing installation, and early wear and tear will cause more serious waste. Therefore, pay special attention to the moisturizing of the water course.
