2. Reasons for bearing high temperature phenomenon:

(1)It is possible that the cooling water of the bearing is interrupted, causing high temperature.

(2)It is possible that the oil quality of INA bearings has deteriorated, the oil itself is not clean or the oil has deteriorated during operation. If the moisture in the oil increases, the acidity of the oil will increase, and the lubrication effect of the oil will be reduced, the bearing bush will be corroded, and the temperature of the high-temperature bearing will increase.

 

3. How to deal with bearing high temperature phenomenon.

When the temperature of the INA bearing rises, first determine whether there is an error action. If the temperature is indeed rising, the following treatments should be done immediately:

(1)Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and piping system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be that the filter is clogged. When it cannot be processed in time, it can be shut down for processing. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use.

(2)Check the oil pressure of the governor. If the oil pressure is low, it may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close.

(3)Check whether the bearing has abnormal noise, and check whether the INA bearing swing is abnormal.

(4)Take an oil sample to observe whether the oil color has changed, and conduct a laboratory test to see whether it has deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace with new oil.

(5)Check whether the oil level of the oil level is normal. If it is abnormal, check whether the oil tank drain valve is tightly closed. If it has been closed tightly, oil should be refilled, if the sealing rubber gasket is leaking oil, it should be shut down for processing.

 

 

Assembling foreign matter prevention: When INA bearings are installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy to enter the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing into the bearing, so it is best to perform dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the bearing chamber for lubrication effect during assembly. However, it is often difficult for operators to control the amount. If a large amount of oil or grease accumulates in the bearing chamber, it will be very difficult when the bearing rotates. It is easy to enter the high temperature bearing along the shaft. It is best not to coat the bearing chamber with oil or grease. If it is absolutely necessary, it must be controlled not to accumulate in the bearing chamber.

 

Prevention of lacquer rust: The characteristic of lacquer rust is that it mostly occurs in sealed motors. The sound of the motor is very good during assembly, but after some time in the warehouse, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very large, and the INA bearing is removed. Rust phenomenon. In the past, many manufacturers would think it was a bearing problem. After our continuous publicity, now the motor factory has realized that the main problem is the insulating paint. This problem is mainly because the acidic substance volatilized from the insulating paint forms corrosive substances at a certain temperature and humidity, which causes bearing damage after corroding the high-temperature bearing groove. At present, the problem can only be to choose a good insulating paint, and ventilate for a period of time after drying and assembly.

 

Assembly method of the bearing: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily cause damage to the bearing raceway and cause damage to the bearing. INA bearings should have special molds when assembling them, and they cannot be knocked at will. When pressing into the shaft, only small circles can be stressed, and large circles can only be stressed. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required for assembly, and the upper and lower molds should be outside the horizontal state during press-fitting. If there is a tilt, the bearing channel will be damaged due to force, and the high-temperature bearing will cause noise.
