There is no certain order and rules for the selection of bearings. The priority should be given to the conditions, performance and most related matters required for the bearing, especially practical.

Rolling bearings are precision components, and their use must be handled with corresponding care. No matter how high-performance bearings are used, if used incorrectly, the expected performance will not be obtained. The precautions regarding the use of bearings are as follows.

a. Keep the bearing and its surroundings clean.
Even small dust that is invisible to the eye can have a bad effect on the bearing. Therefore, keep the surrounding clean so that dust does not penetrate the bearing.

b. Use with care.
If the bearing is given a strong impact during use, scars and indentations will be produced, which will become the cause of the accident. In severe cases, cracks and fractures may occur, so care must be taken.

c. Use appropriate operating tools.
Avoid replacing existing tools, you must use the right tools.

d. Pay attention to the corrosion of the bearing.
Sweat on your hands can be the cause of rust when handling bearings. Be careful to operate with clean hands, and it is best to wear gloves as much as possible.

In order to maintain the original performance of the bearing in a good state for as long as possible, maintenance and inspection are required to prevent accidents before they occur, ensure the reliability of operation, and improve productivity and economy.
