INA machine tool spindle bearings have always been well received by users, but users must choose suitable bearings according to their own requirements.

When necessary, the user can propose to the INA bearing manufacturer the process quality requirements that are conducive to prolonging the life of the bearing, such as the control requirements for the stress state of the rolling surface and the processing deterioration layer. Generally speaking, it is better for the rolling surface to be in a moderate compressive stress state, but it is necessary to combine the stress change rate of the surface from grinding to superfinishing to determine the most favorable process parameters for the fatigue life of the machine tool spindle bearing. In this regard, It is necessary to obtain the cooperation of professionals related to the bearing to solve the problem.

1. Bearing assembly method Because INA bearings are precision products, such as improper assembly channels, it is easy to damage the spindle bearings of the machine tool and cause damage to the bearings. When assembling the bearing, there should be a special mold. The pressure when the shaft cannot be driven can only be a small circle. When the circle is circled, only the force is cycled. The assembly requires pneumatic or hydraulic pressure to be installed on the upper and lower molds in a horizontal state. If you tend to the bearing channel, it will cause damage to the power and cause abnormal noise in the bearing.

2. The disassembly of the bearing should be carried out with the same care as the installation. Be careful not to damage INA bearings and various parts, especially the disassembly of interference fit bearings, which is difficult to operate. Therefore, it is very important to consider in advance the ease of disassembly during the design stage, and to design and manufacture disassembly tools according to needs. When disassembling, study the disassembly method and sequence according to the drawings, and investigate the matching conditions of the spindle bearings of the machine tool, so as to ensure the foolproof disassembly operation.

3. Imported bearing materials allow foreign hard particles in the lubricant to be clamped in to prevent scratches or (and) abrasive wear. For metallic materials, the low hardness and low modulus of elasticity have good gripping properties, while non-metallic materials such as carbon graphite have low elastic modulus but poor gripping properties. Bearings usually use softer and harder materials to form the friction width, and generally use softer materials as bearing bushes.

4. Check the vibration of the bearing at work. From peeling, indentation, rust, crack, abrasion, etc., will be reflected in the vibration measurement of INA bearings. The vibration of the machine tool spindle bearing is very sensitive to the damage of the bearing. Therefore, through the use of special The bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.) can measure the magnitude of the vibration, and the specific abnormal situation cannot be inferred through the frequency division.

The metamorphic layer of the rolling surface mainly refers to the surface layer of the oxide layer, the work hardening layer and the structure distortion layer that are different from the base metal in physical and chemical properties. The fatigue life and wear life of the bearing are extremely unfavorable and should be controlled.

For high-precision bearings, because the required roughness of the rolling surface is small, if the process is not appropriate, the high-gloss surface is not formed by cutting, but formed by the squeezing action of abrasive particles, and the surface must be formed by plastic flow. The formed metamorphic layer is actually very detrimental to the life of the machine tool spindle bearing and should be controlled.
